About these terms

These terms apply to the website useorbie.com and to the services of ORBIEAI LTD (trading as Orbie) ("Orbie", "we"): one-off AI visibility reports and plans in the Orbie app, billed monthly or yearly.

By paying for a report or a plan, you agree to these terms. Custom agreements (for example for agencies) take priority where they say something different.

Business customers only

Our services are for businesses, agencies and freelancers acting in the course of their trade or profession, not for consumers. By ordering, you confirm that you are buying for business purposes.

Plans and prices

Prices are shown on our pricing page in euros or US dollars and exclude VAT and other taxes, which are added where they apply. Business customers in the EU can enter their VAT ID.

Each plan includes a number of questions, AI engines, competitors and team members, as shown on the pricing page. Launch prices for plans stay the same for as long as your subscription stays active; if you change plan or subscribe again later, the current price applies.

AI engines and data providers change. We may adjust the engines or limits included in a plan if a provider changes or stops its service, and we tell you before the change takes effect.

Payment

You pay by card through our payment provider Stripe, or by invoice where we agree to it (payable within 14 days). Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

One-off reports

We send your report by email by the end of the next working day after your payment and the details we need (your website and main market). Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Berlin.

A report describes AI answers at the time we collected them. If we can't deliver it within five working days, you can ask for a full refund.

Plans

After your payment, you create your account and set up your workspace. We activate it by the end of the next working day, and daily measurement starts then. If activation takes longer, we add the delay to your billing period.

Plans include a number of AI-optimised article drafts per month, as shown on the pricing page. We deliver them as drafts; you review them and decide what to publish, and you are responsible for what you publish. Unused articles don't carry over to the next month.

You can change plan at any time; the new plan applies from your next billing period unless we agree otherwise.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a plan at any time, effective at the end of the billing period you have paid for (month or year). You keep access until then. Monthly plans have no minimum term; yearly plans run for the year paid.

Fees for a started billing period and for delivered reports are not refunded, except where these terms or the law say otherwise.

After a plan ends, your workspace stays readable for 90 days, then we delete its data.

No guarantee of results

We measure how AI engines answer and recommend changes most likely to improve your visibility. AI answers vary and change, and they are controlled by third parties. We don't guarantee that any AI engine will mention or recommend you.

Your use of the services

You keep all rights to the information you give us (your website, questions, competitors). We use it only to provide the services; see our privacy policy.

Your account is for your own business and your team. Agencies may share reports with their clients; selling access to the app to others needs a Custom agreement.

Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract and, in total, to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Content of this website

The information on this site is provided for general information. Measurements describe AI answers at the time they were collected; AI answers change, and nothing on this site is a guarantee of any result.

Third-party names

Brand and product names mentioned in our research belong to their owners and are used to describe measured AI answers. Mention does not imply endorsement.

Intellectual property

Texts, graphics and research on this site belong to Orbie unless stated otherwise. You may quote short passages with a link to the source. Reports are for your business and your clients; please don't publish them in full without asking us.

We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For active plans, we tell you about changes by email at least 30 days before they apply; you can cancel before then.

Law

German law applies, without its conflict-of-law rules. For disputes with businesses, the courts of Berlin have jurisdiction. Questions about these terms: contact@useorbie.com.
