Who is responsible
ORBIEAI LTD (trading as Orbie), Torstraße, 10119 Berlin, Germany.
Email: contact@useorbie.com.
Visiting this website
The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (CloudFront and S3). When you visit, the hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the page requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We don't use advertising cookies.
Usage analytics
To understand how the site is used and improve it, we use PostHog (PostHog Inc., data hosted in the EU, Frankfurt). It records pages viewed, clicks, the referring site, approximate location from the IP address (the IP itself is not stored), device and browser, and anonymous recordings of page interactions in which everything typed into forms is hidden. For our forms it also records which fields were filled in and how many characters they contain, never what was typed. It runs without cookies and without storing anything on your device, and it does not identify you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time by emailing us; blocking scripts in your browser also stops it.
Request form
When you send a form on this site (report request, contact or partner application), we receive the details you enter: name, work email, company, website, a short description and your message. The form is delivered by Formspree. We use the details only to reply and to prepare your report (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and delete them when they are no longer needed, at the latest two years after our last contact.
Booking a call
If you open the booking window, the scheduling page is provided by Calendly, which processes the details you enter and may set its own cookies. Calendly's privacy policy applies.
Our email runs on Google Workspace. If you email us, we process your message to reply.
Reports about brands
Our reports analyse public AI answers and public websites about businesses. They don't contain personal data about private individuals.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing, by emailing contact@useorbie.com. You may also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
International transfers
Some providers (Google Workspace, Formspree, Calendly, Amazon) may process data outside the EU. Where they do, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
